CURRICULUM
The academic year begins in June and ends in March. The courses of studies extend from Pre school stage (KG) to Class Twelve (CBSE). The pattern of studies ranges from an informal type at the Pre School stage to Semi formal type based. On the environmental approach in the early Primary School and goes on to a progressively more formal kind in the late primary middle and secondary stages. English is the medium of instruction. Hindi, Malayalam & Arabic are additional languages taught. Art, Craft, Music, Physical Training, Computer skills, indoor/outdoor games are to be taught in all classes. Summer Camps, Club Activities and workshops are regular features. Social Service visits and interventions are also organized at KMJCS. We follow a curriculum that is flexible, relevant and engages the pupil's interest.
SECONDARY AND SENIOR SECONDARY
KMJ Central School prepares children to undrgo scholastic and non scholastic learning programmes based on the Central Board of Secondary Education Syllabus (CBSE). Which conducts the Secondary (Std. X) Examination and the Senior Secondary (Std. XII). Senior Secondary Classes (XI, XII) lead to All India Senior Secondary Certificate Examination conducted yearly by the CBSE, KMJ Central School offers four options of study at the Senior Secondary stage. English is a compulsory subject in all the four options.
